- Company is doing well, even in a challenging time. - Management is very down to earth. - Company practices eco-consciousness. - Very supportive of upskilling\cross-skilling in the company.

- Experiencing some of the pain points of rapid growth. - Still in a transition period from previous C-Level management.

Pros

Flexibility, company is having tremendous growth and transforming to a world class specialty building solutions provider. I am lucky to have a great manager that is supportive of my career goals and drives and motivates our team. Overall they have a core process for managing change control.

Cons

Lots of change and there can be some challenge with peers and management knowing responsibilities for projects as well as an ever changing process for SDLC.

Pros

Pay is good, definitely have job security, benefits.

Cons

Can be long hours and corporate will drive you crazy. The management team can't communicate at all. New Plant Manager is completely clueless, lies a lot and is never, ever there. But he pretends to be involved when he's not watching YouTube videos on trucks.
