      Pros

      Remote work and good PTO.

      Cons

      The advisors that work for LPL are viscous and entitled. Top heavy Management that doesn’t seem to do anything but micromanage. Low compensation and bonuses. Promotions are based on politics rather than performance. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for meaningful work.

      Pros

      Independence to run the branch is great. Corporate leaves you alone as long as you run a compliance clean business.

      Cons

      The downside is if you work with crappie people in the branch. Another issue with corporate is employees not knowing anything about the business.
