Some good people, but many not so good

Pros

Most of the people who work here are great. Some of the leaders lead by example, especially the new CEO, and the heads of Technology and Legal. Challenging work. Decent benefits but getting worse and more expensive over time. ESPP plan and stock performance.

Cons

Some coworkers and leaders are entitled, rude, full of themselves and surround themselves with yes men/women. Company culture has eroded in the past couple of years. The return to office hasn't been widely embraced. Workload is never ending and compensation is not great. Big focus on growth and bringing in new business but a poor infrastructure and lack of resources to support those faced with serving that new business leads to frustration for employees and clients. New head of HR is not great and a huge step down from the prior HR leader. Leaders at the EVP and MD levels are a mixed bag.
