Pros

The associates here are incredibly kind, warm, and supportive, and I've had the pleasure of working with some truly wonderful people. Many of the managers who have been with the company for over 10 years still carry that 'old' positive culture in their hearts, which makes a big difference. The company is very diverse, and I've made some great friends along the way and grew so much since I started. However, as the company continues to grow aggressively, some of that warmth has been lost. The benefits are just okay.

Cons

While the company has many great people, there are some issues that need attention. The leadership structure feels overly top-heavy, with multiple SVPs reporting to one another, which can create inefficiencies. Compensation is just low, people have to get second jobs in order to pay their bills, which can be discouraging. Meanwhile, some executive leaders have hired remote-working friends across the country, while associates are required to return to the office in a hybrid model. Additionally, the systems often crash, as resources seem to be focused more on recruiting new advisors and paying salaries for numerous SVPs, many of whom appear underqualified for their roles. On top of that, the number of meetings that could easily be handled via email is overwhelming, which wastes both time and energy. I hope the company refocuses on improving compensation, systems, and streamlining communication to make better use of everyone’s time.

Pros

Some of the benefits are ok.

Cons

Contact shifting narratives. Disorganized, tries to squeeze as much as possible for low raises and increased workload.
