Pros

Former leadership was great to work with

Cons

All remote employees are being told they have to come into an office even though they were hired REMOTELY (ie, out of state)

Pros

Superior 401k match, unlimited PTO

Cons

Management plays favorites - whether the person is good at their job or not, and those are the only folks that get promoted. If you try to better yourself and get a higher paying role within the company, they will only pay you the minimum of the pay range. You are literally punished for trying to grow within the company. Super cheap on pay, pathetic raises, especially if you're not a favorite. They did not even pay me the minimum for their own defined pay range for my role!

Pros

Work-life balance is pretty nice

Cons

It feels like the IT and software side of the company is worth less than the financial side
