Pros

Flexibility, opportunity for career mobility and growth, company is steadily growing, the business is interesting,

Cons

The company has always been tight with money, but the growing disconnect between the company's financial success and the declining treatment of it's employees is alarming. Leadership will brag about unprecedented growth and financial success of the company and then in the same meeting announce that the $40/month reimbursement to employees who use their personal cell phones for business is being discontinued. I can no longer confidently say that LPL Financial is a company that sees its employees as valued assets. It's all about the bottom line and reducing costs wherever possible.

Pros

Salary is fair enough but increases and bonuses are based on cultural heritage and popularity

Cons

Very closed environment re: upward career progression. If you aren't in the club forget being recognized for contributions or work well done
