Pay and interesting work. A good entry level place to gain corporate experience at that level.

Cons

Horrible, self-serving leadership; especially at SVP level. Leaders will overload you and set you up for failure and take credit for your projects to make themselves look better. No coaching or career guidance is ever provided by VP and above.
