      -Great company culture -Flexible work environment -Coworkers very supportive and collegial -Fast paced work that is rewarding in that you can see the value you are adding quickly

      Cons

      -no stable roadmap -priorities shift more often than they should -exec management punts problem solving to lower levels too much -not enough pay for the demand of work

      Not much. Some people are cool.

      Cons

      Management on all levels is pretty bad. Especially beware of Business Development. Institution (bank side) specifically. I overheard their manager saying horrible things about the company and how he never should have left Ameriprise. And what he said about the women on his team…..it was VILE. Most of the BD managers are similar. People like this should never be employed at a Fortune 500 company. Not a good look. You will surround yourself with classier, more intelligent coworkers elsewhere.
