      Company is growing advisor count significantly with several acquisitions. Great Work Life Balance Good Remote Options (at least for current employees)

      Cons

      The firm is growing but has started trying to do more with less which has led to some small layoffs The tagline went from "Be Great Anywhere" to in reality be great in Charlotte, Austin and Phoenix. Not sure how much room for advancement there is for current or new remote employees
