      Pros

      Plz note: im a CSA with a firm that clears through LPL financial. Csa’s of these types of independent Broker Dealer firms can make a wide range of income depending on how successful the advisors in their group are/ how big their advisor group is/ how much AUM they have, etc.

      Cons

      The tech they use has a lot of kinks - they switched platforms recently and the new platform really needs to be worked out better

      -Low pay for largest independent broker dealer -Low career growth -Pay more attention to the leaders, regardless of tenure -Could be monotonous
