      Pros

      Good people on the front lines.

      Cons

      LPL does NOT value employees. It is almost as if they are now trying to burn you out on purpose. They hire leaders with no people skills, just a bunch of book smart yes men. Applying to this position was a mistake that I regret deeply. It is literal hell. The systems do not work and they make you do 3 different job descriptions at once! I really hate this role.
