Pros

Lots of freedom. There is no set time to come in. It's not micro managed

Cons

There are so many different layers and layers of management that it's had to express ideas and have them implemented. The salary is lower compared to industry standards. It's hard to get to know people even in your own building.

Pros

Low fees, decent technology, complete freedom to sell any product. Great alternative investment selections. No management interference. Good compliance support.

Cons

Unrecognizable name on resume in industry and to clients. Home office support could be a lot better. No real time option quotes.
