      Cons

      Some learning curve with technology, but once mastered, it's extremely beneficial. Compliance can be strict, but it ensures a high standard of service.

      If you're lucky, you'll have a great leader and competent team like I do.

      Cons

      Top heavy Senior leadership. Too many layers. Growing fast (good) and having a hard time keeping up (bad). Sometimes slow moving and slow responding when collaborating with other teams on issues that take months if not years to correct.
