Pros

The team of people at LS3P are great and it really is a great place to work. The office is collaborative and everyone is very helpful to new hires just starting out.

Cons

Although understandable, sometimes people get bogged down in the day to day. As an inexperienced person, it's important to have people guiding you at times and when the office is so busy, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. But in an ideal world, there are lots of mentorship opportunities.

Pros

My superiors have been 100% honest with me. This is a really great place to work. Flexible schedules and a high level of respect for my work/life balance.

Cons

So far I have not seen any real cons. The initial offer did come in low and I had to negotiate a while. I do think that their compensation could use a minor review, but it is such a nice environment that I was willing to accept a bit less.
