Pros

The people are great! So much expertise within the firm. Everyone is approachable, knowledgeable, and cares about the quality of design.

Cons

The company is growing really quickly. As a result, there are growing pains. Corporate management and office management isn't always synonymous. Some offices are more compliant with corporate goals and therefore, more accommodating than others.

Great people, projects and growth opportunities. As a early career designer, I felt welcomed and the development opportunities have been great.

Cons

The workload but it’s what to be expected with this industry. The firm supports a balanced lifestyle so that helps mediate any stress. 4 1-/2 day work weeks!
