Pros

Love the team I work with and the projects I get to work on. There is never a dull day. The firm has done an amazing job putting employees first, especially in the past year during the pandemic.

Cons

Navigating the breadth of resources available. Not really a con but there is a lot of information to learn.

I have never been in a large design firm with such a great team culture. I have learned quite a bit so far since working here. Everyone who I have interacted with has genuinely been more than happy to help. My sense of design and understanding of the construction process has definitely improved since working at LS3P. I have also appreciated the variety of individuals who are joining the firm from all around the country. Recently, the firm announced their new strategy and future plans. I think that it is so valuable to have leadership (that is truly approachable) continually thinking about ways to innovate how we grow as a firm. I am confident in the direction we are headed!

Cons

I think sometimes people complain about being overworked but honestly, LS3P has provided many resources and flexibility if you are feeling bogged down. I have always felt like I can ask for help and that I am supported.
