      Pros

      The list is long, as a sales person there is no better tool chest in the industries we go after. If you can't sell LSI and LSI products you should consider going to work in another profession. New CEO you would kill for just like I would my direct boss.

      Cons

      Cap on commissions is a negative but they are still always fair, what good salesman doesn't think they should make more.

      Very accommodating! To their point system!

      Pay needs to be 22$ hour for all employees, they ALL work hard! I quit because I knew 16.90 was not going to pay bills in the LONG run and when owner makes you meet with updates about company outside of getting paid , that is a dysfunctional way of running business and ceo talking about him in the business not the people making it happen, and every meeting with him, CEO, is A HUGE WASTE of my off time!
