      Horrible upper management, lack of strategic planning for lighting market, constant redirection with who to target, constant hiring/firing, constant incorrect sales reporting, constant confusion, constant miscommunication and constant chaos!

      People are nice and are willing to help when needed Flexible Overtime available if requested Sort of good benefits

      Low pay No room to move up A lot of people have been there 25+ years and don’t let others help when a huge team is behind them? Outdated system and processes in general Corporate HR is not good at all
