Last, if your looking for a place where you can maximize your talents, were your not just stuck in your lanes because you're a solution driven and whether your down in an operational line, an engineer or like myself in a financial role, LSI is a great place to work.

The Company cares about its employees. Everyone in the company was given an extra paid day-off for Christmas this year to recognize the good work of the employees. Also, the Company looks for ways to promote from within and find new opportunities for employees.
