Unlike other larger public traded companies, where you have to apply for another role, LSI has open door policy where you can express your desire to do something different and bring value to the company. Great team of people works at this company as well, even with disagreements at times, LSI has core employees that can carry the weight as well as figure out ways to work together to bring results. Good place to be especially for someone starting out or mid way into career. A lot of new things going on and opportunity is there to learn and implement projects.
