I work with great people in Customer Service. If we have questions, we have a manager that we can go to and get accurate advice and direction.

Cons

However, getting a straight answer from someone in H.R. is a different story. I asked a simple question just to get clarification, everyone started looking in the employee handbook. Then, they started comparing their thoughts with each other. I finally left the H.R. Office more confused then when I went in. I sure miss the old days when H.R. had a qualified leader. I am not trying to be mean, it's just a fact, Employees need to be able to trust their H.R. Dept.

Not many if any at all. Horrible benefits and a horrible leadership team. Close to home is the only benefit.

Cons

I still work here. Bad bad vacation. You will not get more than 2 weeks even if you stay here for 40 years
