Pros

Most people were very friendly, Lots of long term employees, was able to do multiple things during the day so most times it went fast.

Cons

HR Department was the worst starting with the management! Many people were afraid to have interaction with anyone in the department. In the department I worked it was a very hostile work environment and when you try to get help, you are the one that gets "talked" to! Executive management was a joke, they would say they were making things better and it turns out it was worse. Surprised they are still around.

Constant Turmoil

Pros

There are many great people that work here. You'll find dedicated, hard working folks who are actually trying to make this place work.

Cons

The constant change in management creates utter chaos. Employee turnover is high. Good people are hired under the guise of a functional workplace, but soon realize the dysfunctionality and quickly jumpship. This place takes an interesting twist on the Peter Principle. You don't even need to be competent in your current role to be promoted to the next. The more incompetent you are, the more likely you are to be continuously promoted. Be careful though, if you are component in your current role, good luck getting a promotion. They need you right where you are at. It's extremely tough to get a pay raise. They make arbitrary rules that only apply to "non-management" when it comes to raise % and timing. The vacation policy is a joke. Use it or lose it policies are fine, it promotes people actually taking time of. Accrued vacation time is also a great idea, it limits liability for the company. The way it is combined here is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone is basically forced to take the last week of the year off.

Pros

Pay, vacation, hours, technology and some coworkers.

Cons

NO Direction. Lack of management presence. Lots of old timers breezing thru and doing what they have always done.
