Decent paid holidays and the location is ideal

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing in regards to training, throws their employees to the wolves and lets them struggle to figure things out. Heard multiple stories about how the owner will scream and degrade employees. Other management follows suite and talks behind other employees backs and degrades co-workers. Company needs a lot of work in regards to fixing their training program. People get thrown under the bus daily there. Its insane how unorganized the company is.
