Pros

12 hours annual leave a month 8 hours sick leave a month State holidays and two week Christmas break when university is closed Great for workers with families

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive, pay raises are non-existent and career development is quite limited. While this job is great for families or those with children, it is stiffling for those who are single and trying to start their professional career. I would only advise working here if you are looking for a job with great security and flexible leave time

Pros

Since employers of LSU have an LSU email, employees can still use student discounts when it comes to spotify, etc. They also give great health care benefits. Working close to young aspiring students makes for a positive work environment.

Cons

Not the best salary Not too many positions to be promoted
