It is a job, if you are looking for a job it is an outstanding place to work, but if you are looking for a career I would not recommend

Cons

I was fired and denied unemployment, because of this company during this COVID pandemic, which caused me to get kicked out of my house and I am going to loose both of my vehicles Next. Be careful if you take this job. The training is ok, but you will not know enough to do your job properly. I did not have the proper training to complete my daily tasks. I guess it is easier to fire someone, and deny unemployed benefits to save a little money. They do not care about the employees. I am homeless now thanks to LTCG

Work from home, pays your internet and phone; benefits are okay.

Cons

At least 9 months out of year we work MANDATORY OT, then we are starving for work for 3 months where we have to waste our vacation time or take unpaid time off, thus forces you to use your vacation time when you don't want to to get a full paycheck. Pay is not good enough to plan/save for the down time. Low pay. Moving up in this company is next to impossible if you make a mistake early on, or if you are not a supervisor favorite. Offering suggestions is like talking to a tree.

Management makes it clears they care nothing about employees. Insurance has changed twice since august 2019 when Ltcg took over Ltc Transamerica employees. Ltcg also took away long time Transamerica employee yearly bonus’s
