      Pros

      You will get to learn a very new skill as a fresher and it will be beneficial for you in the future.

      Cons

      The time for this training is not at all accurate.You have to work for atleast 17-18 hours a day and having only 1-2 hours for break. If you dont follow this then you will simply be terminated from that company.
