Hybrid mode work is only pros that i have come accross.

Cons

Laying off employees without any prior notice. Hr will schedule a meeting in the morning and when we connect to call she will directly ask us to put resignation on the same call. They would not give any time to think. They are showing as globally conquering immensely but no such thing is there internally. Zero support and unethical behaviour.
