      What more is required than career growth and job security? As a lateral once your current project comes to closure , you yourself have to search for new project, No HR or talent team will help you. They will hardly give you 1 interview , if you are in bench for 3 months HR will call you and force you to put resignantion papers . It is so easy for them to it! There is absolutely no Job security. Kindly DONOT join this company unless and untill you have personal commitments
