Everything is good for me!

Ltimindtree after merger (collected form everyone on fishbowl): 1. Worst workforce management 2. No projects, people are on bench for months and then getting fired 3. Culture has downgraded a lot and still downgrading 4. Worst Leave policy 5. Toxic environment, getting too political in higher level 6. During merger the Annual appraisal got 3 months delayed, Jan2023 promotion cycle has been cancelled, Mar23 appraisal cycle should have completed by now which is still going on and seems like it won't complete any soon 7. Policies are against employee's benefits 8. PF team is declining all the request even if you have genuine reason, they are making excuse in everything 9. Manager's are fighting gor their survival thus they are forcing employees to deliver above and beyond their capacity this so much micro-management 10. Forget about work life balance (depends on project though)
