Good office space, but that too is mostly due to the older company Mindtree that was take over my LALA company L and T
Cons
- Too much pressure less compensation - No set SLA's and processes most work happens by people calling each other at most odd hours. - Worst leave policy, If you apply a sick leave on Friday, your four leaves are deducted automatically (Mandatory two days leave for medical + Sandwich leave policy). - Also you need medical proof from doctor to take medical leave that too gets rejected by HR's for stupidest reasons. - Basically a LALA company, with top management filled with similar mindset people, Better to go with rivals like Infosys, cognizant etc.
