Cons

Senior management effectiveness has declined after the merger Strict WFH policy: 3 days allowed with mandatory six hours minimum office presence In some projects, long (atleast 7hours ) VDI login hours are required even during low workload Salary hikes are minimal, and the appraisal cycle is extended (15 months) Limited and insufficient parking facilities
