As a people-first company, employees are a priority... it is also a Great Place to Work. The corporate culture and core values of the company drive everything we do. Payment is punctual and competitive; the HR team has weekly engagement activities that allow everyone to get in touch with other employees around the world; and the department heads always strive to make everything better for internal and external customers. I have been here for 18 months now and would love to stay here for many more years to come.
Cons
We all have to be very proactive. While this is not really a con, some people feel more comfortable being told what to do, but if you are proactive, you will find this company has lots of nice opportunities for you. It would also be great to have a health and retirement plan.
