      - Fully remote work. - Friendly and supportive work environment. - Management listens to you and cares. - The company has been having a hyper growth. - Received a salary increase since my start at the company in early 2021. - The company has improved the benefits given to employees during my tenure at the company. - Fun activities outside work.

      -All work from home. -Great company environment, doesn't feel as though it's virtual. -Frequent company huddles (Aside from work) -Great management that cares! -Company get together in your own country.

      Cons

      -Self-based invoicing. *Never had pay delays. -Unable to meet your colleagues face to face because they're in another country.
