Paid well to keep quiet

Cons

Command economy style of management and operation. Unbelievable. All decisions ultimately made from Moscow but the whole operation is only a diversion to make people "Think" they are adding value or doing any real work. The only people with a real future at this company are RUSSIANS! People mysteriously show up to work in positions that are friends, relatives, political party associates from Russia, sons and daughters of business associates owed favors to from around the world. Never seen anything this blatant! Nepotism at it's finest.

Benefits were decent. If you are Russian you will do well. If you get picked to be a club member in the American clique that help each other to maintain over inflated salaries, you will do well.
