Pros

Bon accompagnement, belles infrastructures, avantages intéressants. Environnement international, accès aux offres commerciales du groupe. Beaux lieux, bonne communication avec ma manager.

Cons

Le poste où j'étais n'embauche pas les stagiaires, ce qui décourage dès le début car il n'y a pas d'avenir envisageable. Beaucoup de micro-management, bureaucratie très lourde, relations humaines très artificielles et hypocrites (pas toutes heureusement). Bride beaucoup les stagiaires car le management est old school en fonction des départements. Monde très artificiel et déconnecté, peut-être dû au luxe ambiant.
