Pros

The working environment is very nice, co-workers are mostly friendly since there is no commission involved.

Cons

The worst is the holiday hours, you have to work late nights. As a sales, it's really hard to move up to management position. Benefits only apply to full-time employees.

Entrepreneurship spirit. Highly focused and dedicated people. All management is result oriented and the level of seniority is high, and helps you to learn a lot at their contact.

Cons

Supporting functions are not considered for the value they bring to the company. To be good at what you do is clearly not enough. Building influence and alliances is key.
