Morale was great at LVMH. Employee's enjoyed working for company. In my experience, we had great senior management.

Cons

Upper management changed which led to "downsizing" of the sales field. Which was very unfortunate because many were happy with their position with the company.

good company culture. everything is handled professionally within the company, pretty much a flat organization, very much enjoyed work there.

Cons

you have to watch your professionalism from the way you dress to the way you speak, the company holds a high etiquette standard
