Amazing Brands, but bad management

Brands are amazing, the savoir faire is the most beautiful asset of the brands.

Cons

Lvmh is not a company where being a good manager is an objective. The respect of work life balance does 't exist, people are still sitting outside of the brand director's office, at 8pm, waiting for a 3hrs delayed meeting to start.
