Good brand benefits for the umbrella of brands.

Cons

The structure and complexity of the organization provides easily to a toxic culture and a blame game of performance when there is a wrong hire of a director level. The people below under her suffers. Quite surprised at how hr handle these affairs at their level when they are trying to drive the values.
