Pros

It pays the bills. The product is decent. Things here could be way better than they are. Much room for improvement.

Cons

Crappy health benefits, no 401k, ect. Basically crappy to no benefits. Work space is subpar. Break room smells aweful all the time. Everything is always dirty. People are unprofessional. Pay is below the national average.

The paychecks are clearing for right now.....but

Cons

They inflate their eNPS through intimidation and threats. Not to mention they have worked tirelessly to have accurate reviews removed on Glassdoor that lowered their ratings. Wage theft is a consistent issue that has hindered us for years. I also question how sustainable the revenue model is, especially with how we keep losing to competitors that can offer better economics.

I believe in new sales leadership and how they're shaping the future of this company (and the opportunities for selling).

Cons

It's been so messy the past few years with constant change in leadership, hiring/firing, territory/account changes, etc... some of that mess still exists. If you have a great territory/accounts, you'll make great money, if you have no accounts and bad territory, you won't make money. Having too many reps relative to market demand has created a real discrepancy in earning potential.
