Pros

Leadership truly cares about the human beings that work here; there are endless examples of them listening and taking action. For example, there was a previous leadership member who didn't live up to LVT values. Numerous people expressed concerns, and the leadership team listened and took action to ensure that the company is one we all feel safe to be at. Not many companies would listen in a situation like this because typically business comes first. Not at LVT; living by our values is the number one thing, and if we are living by our values, the human beings working here enjoy coming to work.

Cons

To be honest, none. Everyday is an opportunity to improve and be better, at LVT I truly feel like everyone strives to live our values, and that is all that matters to me.

Pros

- Majority of upper leadership are the founders of the company, so they're still invested in making the right decisions for everyone here. Sounds like a simple thing, but that's pretty rare in tech these days. - Leaders here seem like genuinely good people who aren't interested in becoming celebrities. They are pretty accessible and it makes it more enjoyable to work here. - Management do encourage an in-office culture, but they aren't too anal about it. Distinct teams have the opportunity to find their own working model for remote/in-office and it works well. - It's a fun time to be here as the company is growing (something lots of tech companies will claim, but LVT seems to be actually growing). - The product is innovative and has an exciting future. - LVT is one of the first places I've worked that seems to understand the limits of AI. Not everything is having AI thrown at it and there's very little promising that AI will fix everything or replace the entire workforce. It's refreshing.

Cons

- There is some management-level drama in the sales/product realm that can bleed into the day-to-day, but it's not too hard to tune out and stay away from.

Pros

I've been at LiveView for a few years now and there have been some real low points and some more recent highs. This is fundamentally a great product that makes a real difference for our customers. It does what it says it does most of the time, and most customers are successful and doubling down on LVT. Some recent key leadership hires make me excited about the future and potential of LVT to actually right the ship and capitalize on the opportunity. The teams that are invested in moving the ball forward are fantastic and I love my department and team specifically. We've got a great, high-functioning org in Customer Success with lots of opportunities for growth and competitive pay. Middle managers care and are invested in promoting their team. I feel that my managers actually see the work I put in and consistently reward the ones on the team who are putting in the most effort.

Cons

Leadership historically has moved too slow and too late to deliver new product enhancements. Our Product team has completely turned over no less than 4 times in the few years I've been here and we have very little to show for it. Customers are being promised product enhancements that we cannot deliver and it has created frustration and bad customer experience. C-Suite leadership has not taken responsibility for key mistakes that have set the overall vision and direction of the company back. We have stalled in our trajectory only because we can't seem to align on a direction and push departments to rally around it. It seems like priorities shift so often that teams get burnt out and no longer seem invested in pushing us forward. Huge disparity in effort and ownership across departments. Some teams put their blood, sweat, and tears into making sure customers have a good experience while other teams seem to be phoning in the bare minimum effort. Very little accountability for the mediocre performance of some teams means that the ones who care end up shouldering more of the load to keep the lights on and to keep customers happy.
