      Poor managing

      Everyone who isnt a TL or higher are worth working with!!!

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. They can be busy one day and than have nothing to do for weeks. Some managers have no clue on what their doing. Pointless group meetings with the whole warehouse. I think they do it just to hear to their own voices. Nothing productive or important comes out of the warehouse group meetings. All hands meetings are pointed towards the office people only. Us at the warehouse usually just sit there and play on our phones while it goes on. Its easy to come in and steal from us. Someone came in and stole a machine from us while we had workers there. No one noticed. Weird that no one noticed. Listen to the production line sometimes. Their are good ideas every day.

      Pros

      Overall LVT is a great place to work. The company has a lot of upsides with access to shares, a good culture and good people. Good place to gain experience, exposure and grow.

      -Communication can be improved on from some leaders. -More clearly defined promotion path. (Timeline)
