Benefits were good. Base pay was strong.

Cons

I can only speak to to a sales position, but this list is so incredibly long. Terrible leadership. Goaling has never been more off in my career. To any tech professional I would advise you to find a different opportunity. I share this to help other folks down the road considering working for this company.

LVT hires some high-quality individual contributors who are friendly and helpful in most cases.

Cons

I have been with LVT for three years, and every time I ask for a raise, there was always another executive or additional task that I needed to go above and beyond before I would be considered to ask for a raise. Career development does not exist at LVT unless you are willing to do another job here and not get paid for it. Oh, the best part is that sometimes, when you show up to work, some of your coworkers just randomly vanish or are let go. And the management will tell you that there are no layoffs; they just choose to leave on their own terms. Yeah, right! Does LVT honestly think their employees don't talk to each other outside of work? Stop lying to us to make yourselves look good.
