      Pros

      I love the fast growing nature of LVT. There is so much to do and so many ways to affect change for the good of our customers and the company. Lots of well intentioned people.

      Cons

      A lot of the newer employees in the last couple years don't seem to be as engaged. They are just riding along on the bus and collecting a pay check. Don't apply if your not going to help lift. With the fast pace, there is too much directional change. Some teams are struggling to keep their heads above water.

      The founders are good humans and are really trying to grow the company. With growth comes many opportunities.
