I started working for LVT 5 years ago in manufacturing hired on as a forklift driver. Since then, I've had so many mentors helping me reach my goals and helping to grow as an individual not just as a worker providing value to the company. I currently make more than double than what I started at and the investment that I've put into LVT has given me even a better return.

Cons

"Growing pains" as a incredibly fast growing company requiring out of the box thinking to mitigate what a lack of systems and communication networks fails to provide

Pros

Its a good place to do meaningful work. We take the work seriously and don't take ourselves too seriously. There are a lot of interesting problems to solve working with both hardware and software. And its rewarding to know that our solutions are adding security to the world.

Cons

Nowhere is perfect .. we are experiencing some of the pains of growing from a small startup into a much larger scale company. But, we are working through those problems, and getting the right people in the right positions to smooth things out.
