Everyone is an owner with huge opportunities for personal growth. They hire excellent people. I learn from really smart coworkers every day.

Cons

Growing pains. Many examples of people wearing a lot of hats across the organization. This gets better every week as one job turns into two at different places in the organization. Please apply and help fill the many needs of the organization.

- Poor leadership (disconnected, poor communication, unrealistic expectations, does not process any feedback) - Unstable environment (constant unexpected changes, people get demoted and/or fired regularly, process and procedure are not clearly developed nor maintained) - Inconsistent management (dishonest, management changes constantly and is not supportive)

Great place to work if you don't need your hand held

Pros

There is so much to do that you can positively impact immediately. The company is growing quickly so they are focused on hiring people who can jump right in, which opens up some great opportunities. All full-time employees get stock in the company.

Cons

Not really any cons unless you need your hand held. If you thrive in creative environments and some ambiguity, you'll do fine.
