Opportunity at LVT is insane. I have not seen anything like this before.

Cons

LVT is growing and losing it's culture. Impossible to stop that with growth but for someone that saw it before it grew, of course it is tough to see. Also, a lot of family relations, so that can be a little frustrating.

Great people, everyone is so nice here which makes hard days not so bad. Great opportunity to grow here. You can shadow other departments if you're interested in the role and transition departments if you think you'd like it better. Good competitive pay and all the benefits (health insurance, stock options, 401k). They actually care about you as a person which is hard to find in a company.

Cons

They have high expectations but it helps you grow and they are always open to new ideas you might have if you ever feel overwhelmed.
