      Pros

      LVT had one of the best on-boarding experiences I have ever received and yet its a smaller not public company. The leadership is exceptional and really care about the employees. Good compensation and benefits. Excited to be on the team and see where this company goes!

      - Great people - Down to earth management & leadership who genuinely care about employees - Great flexibility & work/life balance - Great pay & benefits

      Cons

      The recent improvement in priority stability is clear and appreciated. That said, we still need to address the impact of late-stage priority adjustments. When projects are 85% finished and then shelved due to a shift, it's a significant drain on efficiency and morale.
