Pros

LiveView is a growing company with a unique product offering. They produce both the hardware and software components to a surveillance solution that leverages solar, cellular, cloud, and embedded technologies. There is always more to learn and grow and an awesome team of people to work with in figuring things out.

Cons

There are a lot of new people at LiveView and it is difficult to get to know everyone with the divisions of roles and disciplines. Many of the newer people don't understand some of the nuances of the technology and spend time exploring dead ends from time to time.
