There are no pros to working here

Cons

When COVID hit our pay dropped significantly, because this company pays warehouse associates on commision. Management didn't lose pay and they don't care about anybody under them.

Salary and health clinic are good.

Cons

Little value for work/life balance. Pretty poor company culture. Not much training or investing into their employees. Can be very political. Weird family dynamics.

Pros

Labatt is fair in business and really does want to help their customers.

Cons

It is a family-owned company. If you are in with the family, then you will do fine. They also focus on technology, so if you are a developer, you will be taken care of. If you are in sales and try, you will succeed. All other positions appear to be deemed as replaceable.
